As a result of the Corona Crisis, most of our relevant partners in the hospitality and service industry have switched to emergency service operations. Our suppliers are becoming more flexible during this time, but their response time and provision of information is therefore often delayed and severely restricted.
We at i‑contravel continue to support all preventative steps as an absolute must, regardless of the devastating impact on our industry. For now, what counts most is that all our team members and their families are healthy, and we do everything possible to keep it that way. Not only for ourselves, but for everybody.
We are doing our best to keep our response time as short as possible and handle each email with individual care and attention, as usual. However, our team at i‑contravel is working on reduced office hours until further notice. Therefor please excuse any delay in responding to and processing your emails and requests.
