In 2001, i-contravel was founded in Berlin by two seasoned professionals, Liliane Emnet-Propper and Bernd Schwaiger. Their plan was to use their in-depth experience to start their own company and implement their vision of a rewarding and inspiring travel experience.

With i-contravel’s head office in Berlin, Germany's trendy capital was the first destination offered.

After proven success, representative offices in Munich and Hamburg, as well as in Charlotte /USA followed. Today, 10 multilingual team members offer Destination Management services in Berlin and anywhere in Germany or neighboring European countries.
